Founded in the early 1930s in Troon on the West Coast of Scotland.
Robert Doig bakers was originally a family business run by grandparents
Bobby and Catherine Tulloch Doig, in Troon and along the Ayrshire coast.
The business has been revived by their grandson Jamie Robert Doig
Wilson. Now based in Greenwich, South East London, Jamie has
mastered traditional Scottish recipes – principally based around Jams and
Marmalades – and reinvented them with modern twists.
The main Doigs business centred on bakery and hand-made artisan produce.
However the new Doigs of Troon product range covers both own-brand
and a wider range of Scottish produce.
